1. The site

globeboost.com is run by GlobeBoost, Denver, Colorado. The pages describe how we work and are general information, not legal, tax or trademark advice.

2. Quotes

A price we give by email is an invitation to agree terms, not a binding offer. A name is only reserved for you once we confirm that in writing, and only for the period stated.

3. Agreements and settlement

A sale or represented purchase is concluded when both parties confirm the agreed terms in writing and the escrow transaction is opened. Funds are held and released by the escrow service under its own terms. Fees owed to GlobeBoost are as published on the fees page at the date of the agreement.

4. Your use of the enquiry form

Please send accurate details and only enquire on behalf of a business you are entitled to represent. Automated submissions, bulk messages and attempts to get around the verification check are not permitted.

5. Trademarks

We do not knowingly offer a name that is another party’s registered trademark. If you believe a name we hold conflicts with your rights, write to us and we will stop offering it while we look into it.

6. Liability

We take care over the content of this site but cannot promise it is complete or current at every moment. To the extent the law allows, GlobeBoost is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site itself.

7. Law

Colorado law applies to these terms, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Denver County.
