What we collect

• Enquiry form: the domain name, the topic you pick, your name, business, email address, and, if you add them, a phone number and message.
• Technical data with each form submission: your IP address, used for the spam check and kept in the enquiry record in case of abuse.
• Email and phone: whatever you include when you write or call.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the placement or purchase you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your details, or share them with anyone outside the services below.

Services that process it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers the enquiry to our inbox. It also runs Turnstile, the verification box on the form, which inspects browser signals to tell people from bots and does not set advertising cookies.
• Our email provider stores the messages we exchange.
• If a deal goes ahead, the escrow service and the registrars involved receive what they need to complete it, under their own privacy terms.

Retention

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within 24 months. Records of completed transactions are kept for seven years for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or tell us to stop writing to you, at any time by email. Residents of Colorado and other states with consumer privacy laws have those rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.
